  1. You trade. The pool takes the fee.

    Every buy and sell through the official pool pays a 6% fee, collected in USDG.

  2. The fee buys stocks.

    The fees buy the Benchmark: 8 stocks at 12.5% each, plus the portfolios Firm Traders pick. Trading volume sets how much prints.

  3. Holders receive them.

    Hold at least 10,000 $CASH and the stocks are pushed to your wallet. If a push fails, it stays claimable.

  • If a stock in your portfolio is disabled, that slot earns and scores as the Benchmark until your portfolio change takes effect.
FINE PRINT
  • Who doesn't earn: the official pool and the protocol's operating contracts. The Reservoir (its prints fund the Performance Bonuses), the Burnback Machine and team vesting earn on their full balances.
  • Dividends: Stock token cash dividends are reinvested into underlying shares and raise the token multiplier. They are not paid as separate cash or extra tokens.
  • Rights: Tokenized stocks provide economic exposure and do not grant shareholder rights.
